Dinner: Chocolate milk (no photo),

banana,
yoplait light with
Kashi Mountain Medley granola.
Shopping trip: diet snapple (4), vanilla soymilk, whipped cottage cheese, cantaloupe, banana, and tiscuits.
Snack: fun-size
snickers, although it would have been more "fun" if it were larger!
Salad consisted of
spinach,
red onion,
mushroom,
carrots,
chickpeas,
cranberries,
egg whites,
blue cheese, and
balsamic vinegar.
Lunch: Post-3 mile run.
Salad,
Stacy's pita chips,
green iced tea.
Breakfast: Crazy morning!!!
coffee,
apple,
fage 2% ,
peanut butter granola bar.
