Dinner: cantaloupe,
whole wheat bagel w/
whipped cottage cheese and
raspberry jam,
cocoa rice krispies treat.
Snacks: cinnamon pretzels,
pb granola bar.
Lunch: The picture is from yesterday, hehe. Today my salad consisted of
spinach,
red onion,
tomato,
mushroom,
broccoli,
kidney beans,
cranberries,
tofu,
blue cheese, and
balsamic vinegar. Yum!
Breakfast: Post-7 mile run.
OJ,
Fage 2%,
cranberries,
Clif kid z-bar.
